When I passed by ABC Cooking Studio, I stopped at outside of the studio enjoy looking at the students doing their cakes by themselves. So much of satisfaction I found in it. And never think that I have a chance (unless I registered myself a cooking course) to be there to bake my own cake. Thanks to Lennox for this unforgettable experience. And also Butterfly Malaysia for this bunch of cute soul made my Saturday afternoon so meaningful.

You know, we were like little girls playing around with the real cooking tools and baked our own Soufflé.
Tada! Strawberry Souffle by Renness. Remembered the first I had was from Franco. I like the soft spongy texture and I get to know the making is very different from making the ordinary sponge cake. As I know the process it takes is not simple, it requires some techniques to make a tasty Soufflé. With the help of teacher from ABC Cooking Studio and also perfect recipe of Berry Soufflé by Lennox, I successfully made myself 8 delicious soufflé in the first time of my life! *clap clap clap*
The Soufflé is soft and not too sweet. I can say the recipe is 100%.
